EDI and Doug Collins went above and beyond!  An FHA appraiser refused to approve our home as FHA due to some exterior paint chipping.  The seller was uncooperative and unwilling to solve the problem.  Doug suggested we paint the exterior of the house ourselves!  We removed the chipped paint and used his paint sprayer to fix the home to the appraisers liking.  Thank you for all your hard work Doug.

Our townhouse wasn't selling in this down market so we turned to EDI Real Estate to assist with finding a renter. From the outset they helped by finding multiple qualified renters and have continued to serve as ongoing property management for us.
